Bio

Music has always been an important part of Khalifa's life, even as a child, you would find her singing along to her mother’s Yolanda Adams cassettes and Lauryn Hill CDs. Khalifa grew up singing and dancing in church, as well as making up dances during recess and in her bedroom. With influences like Whitney Houston and Michael Jackson, Khalifa always felt connected to the performing arts.

Khalifa grew up in a small town, but dreamed of the big city. She earned her BFA in Musical Theatre at the University of Central Florida in Orlando where she was able to start working professionally. Khalifa has sailed with Norwegian Cruise Lines and has experienced the magic of working with Disney at the Walt Disney World Resort and Hong Kong Disneyland. Since moving to New York City Khalifa has been blessed to act for many reputable regional theaters, tour with the School of Rock, and workshop new musicals with Black Thought, George C. Wolfe and Bill T. Jones.

. Aside from the fine arts, Khalifa enjoys working on her original music, City life, baking cookies, traveling and enjoying her favorite Jamaican cuisines. She also loves watching movies with family and friends. Khalifa has a very special relationship with smoothies, pretzels, Nutella and her mother.
